Agency Access

There are two ways of accessing services through Town and Country Community Options.

1. Waiting List

The name of the person with the disability goes onto the agency waiting list. The agency then applies for funding for that person and once successful the agency can begin providing support.

2. User Pays

People with a disability can pay the agency to provide support. This may be on an occasional or regular basis.
